Refund policy
At OnlyFlowers, we want you to be absolutely delighted with your order. However, we understand that situations may arise. If you're not satisfied with your purchase and it does not meet our Substitution Policy, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to begin the refund or replacement process.
If your product arrives damaged, we will arrange a pick-up and re-delivery of a replacement if the original is still available. If not, we will provide a replacement of equal or greater value at no additional cost.
A full refund will be issued once the original product is returned within 7 days of delivery.
If the recipient refuses to accept the delivery, the sender may still be held responsible for the full cost of the order.
Cancellation Policy
OnlyFlowers will gladly help with a cancellation request as long as the order has not yet been shipped or sent out for delivery. Once an order is on its way, we are unable to cancel it.
