OnlyFlowers Delivery & Substitution Policy

FLEXIBLE DELIVERY DURING PEAK HOLIDAYS
During major flower holidays such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas, and Easter, we may offer flex delivery windows. This means your flowers may arrive before the actual holiday to ensure they are received on time and enjoyed in full. The flexible delivery window will be clearly shown at checkout and on your invoice.

SUBSTITUTIONS WHEN NEEDED
At OnlyFlowers, we remain committed to delivering your heartfelt messages with beautiful, fresh flowers. Due to occasional supply chain challenges, we may substitute flowers with items of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall look and sentiment of your arrangement.

HAND DELIVERY BY OUR FLORAL COURIERS
We offer contactless delivery when necessary, including the option to leave arrangements at the recipient's door or a secure location. A recipient phone number is required for all orders—especially for deliveries to workplaces, hospitals, hotels, or schools.

WAREHOUSE SHIPMENTS (IF NEEDED)
If a local florist is unavailable, we may ship your bouquet from our fulfillment center. Our expert floral designers will handcraft a fresh, seasonal bouquet and package it securely for safe delivery.

SAME-DAY DELIVERY
Orders placed before 3:00 PM in the recipient’s time zone (Mon-Fri) usually qualify for same-day delivery. For Saturdays, please order by 1:00 PM. Sunday delivery may be available in select areas.

DELIVERY HOURS

Business deliveries: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Residential/hotel/hospital: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Major holidays: Extended hours from 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM

SPECIFIC TIME REQUESTS
We do our best to honor special time requests for schools, businesses, and funeral services. During peak holidays, timed delivery cannot be guaranteed due to volume, but we will always try our best.

EXPRESS DELIVERY (OPTIONAL)
When you select Express Delivery Handling at checkout, we prioritize your order to be delivered by 1:00 PM. If we miss that time window, we will automatically refund your expedited fee (typically $5.99).

DELAYED DELIVERIES
Weather, traffic, access issues, or incorrect addresses may cause delivery delays. If that occurs, we will attempt to deliver the next available day and notify you and/or the recipient.

WEEKEND DELIVERIES
We deliver Saturdays and Sundays. If Sunday delivery isn’t possible, we will attempt to deliver Saturday. If neither is available, we’ll deliver on the next possible day with a note of apology.

FUNERAL SERVICE ORDERS
Funeral flowers are a top priority. If you place an order too late to meet a service, we will contact you immediately to arrange alternatives. We coordinate with the funeral home to ensure proper delivery timing.

SUBSTITUTION POLICY
At OnlyFlowers, we aim to deliver each arrangement as pictured. However, due to seasonal and regional availability, substitutions of flowers or containers may occur. We ensure all substitutions are of equal or greater value, while preserving the original theme, colors, and overall design.

For single-variety bouquets, the type of flower takes precedence over color. For example, cream and white roses may be substituted for each other.

SPECIAL OCCASION SUBSTITUTIONS
For birthdays, anniversaries, or funerals, we may substitute flowers of equal or greater value to meet your delivery timeframe. We will attempt to notify you using your provided contact information.
